Happy Health is an Austin-based biotech company with a mission to reinvent healthcare through at-home diagnostics and remote patient monitoring. The Clinical Operations Associate will support the clinical team by managing patient appointments and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Health Care

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts before and after clinician appointments, ensuring clinicians have everything they need for exceptional care delivery
Process and coordinate timely orders for Home Sleep Tests, CPAP machines and equipment, Oral Appliance Therapy, and other clinical necessities to support patient therapies
Serve as point of contact for patient inquiries through CRM (Tellescope), providing clear and professional guidance
Partner closely with Care Coordinators to eliminate friction points and ensure patients experience smooth, supported transitions as they begin CPAP or Oral Appliance Therapy
Process refill requests
Partner with insurance and credentialing teams to streamline administrative processes and collect payment, as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing faxes through Happy Health’s EHR (Healthie)
Other duties as assigned

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a focus on thorough explanations through email, text, and phone calls
Ability to build rapport with patients remotely
Strong customer service experience
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
2 years of experience working in a physician practice setting
Must reside in the United States
