Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain material and inventory data in internal systems
Process receiving documents, pick tickets, work orders, and material transfers
Verify accuracy of incoming data against physical inventory and warehouse documentation
Support cycle counts and inventory audits by reconciling discrepancies
Communicate with warehouse staff, buyers, planners, and supervisors to resolve data issues
Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company standards
Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and documentation related to warehouse operations
Follow all safety procedures while working in an active warehouse environment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in data entry, inventory control, warehouse administration, or related operational support roles
Strong accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume data environments
Ability to work in a warehouse setting, including walking, standing, and navigating storage areas
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Post-secondary education preferred
