Responsibilities
Support Manufacturing Operations in a production environment
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
Investigate technical problems and implement manufacturing plans
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related Production Engineering degree
Strong analytical/technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, structural, and systems
Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas
Ability to work well within a team environment to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products
Proficiency with MS Office tool set: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in a production environment
Familiarity with Lean principles and technologies
Experience in developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies
