Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data warehousing solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Good to have experience having Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and communicate project progress and milestones
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are upheld throughout the development lifecycle
Drive adoption of best practices in data management, integration, and reporting across the organization
Experience in running POD based development team to develop Data Engineering solutions
Work with offshore/nearshore team to work estimate, contracts, forecast for upcoming projects
Good understanding of database technologies, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts
Good to have experience with Snowflake, DBT is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with Executive LT(CXO level)
