SMD Test Pack Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

Operates two packing machines, weigh scale, bar code printer and mainframe terminal
Set up computer to packing and testing specifications noted on production card
Set counters
Run out leader tape
Places resistors into syntron bowl (Test pack or Tokyo Weld machines) or load resistor sticks to table (stick to tape machines)
Starts machine by pressing keyboard button
Operates machine until the quantity desired is packed
Runs out carrier tape tail to wind around end of reel
Removes finished reel from machine
If order quantity requires more than what is on reel, operator goes through previous procedures

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
One to three months manufacturing experience
Ability to stand during entire shift
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as 'U.S. Persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
