Responsibilities
Support daily operations within the HR and Legal departments
Complete department-specific projects and administrative tasks
Participate in cohort-wide meetings, workshops, and presentations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed on people- and/or legal-related initiatives
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled undergraduate student or law student in human resources, business, pre-law, sports management, or related field
Strong interest in law, human resources, or people operations, ideally within sports or entertainment
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Required to work occasional evenings and match days (schedule below)
Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
Thrives in a team environment
Passionate about Bay FC, women's soccer, and women's sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals
