Assembly/Service Technician

The Assembly/Service Technician is responsible for safely assembling, testing and troubleshooting company products and providing in-field service support.

Responsibilities

Assembling products per routings, work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications

Testing/evaluating/documenting assembled products prior to shipment

Troubleshoot installed products with customers via phone, computer, and in person

Train Customer employees on operation and maintenance of products/systems

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Approximately 10-15% overnight travel required to support machine startups, maintenance, and training at customer locations
