The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on MuleSoft expertise and proven leadership experience working with global delivery teams.

Design, build, and lead enterprise-grade integration solutions within the Insurance domain
Bring strong hands-on MuleSoft expertise and deep understanding of API-led connectivity
Work with global delivery teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall experience in software development and system integration
5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Strong expertise in API design and development using REST and SOAP services
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns
Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft components, including: Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave, CloudHub and Hybrid deployments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong knowledge of security standards and API security, including OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and related protocols
Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain (Life, Property & Casualty, or Health Insurance)
Strong understanding of insurance business processes and integration requirements
Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
Experience working with offshore delivery teams, particularly India-based teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience
Ability to collaborate effectively and influence both technical and business stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Preferred
MuleSoft certification (Developer or Architect)
Experience with other enterprise integration platforms in addition to MuleSoft
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs
Exposure to core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce Insurance Cloud, or similar platforms
