Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Proven ability to analyze data and apply accounting expertise to complex problem-solving
Experience developing structured analytical frameworks or evaluation rubrics
Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Strong professional experience across diverse accounting environments is preferred
Experience supporting AI model development or technology-focused projects is advantageous
Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred
