New Grad, Entry LevelMcMenamins Pubs & Breweries is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for workstation users across the company. The role involves installation and troubleshooting of equipment, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities
Provides primary technical support for all computer hardware and software
Provide excellent customer service for end users across the organization
Responsible for the installation, cabling, and repairs of all workstation and network equipment
Responsible for setting up new user and e-mail accounts
Responsible for general computer department/areas clean up
Responsible for running miscellaneous computer department errands
Work directly with all levels of Mcmenamin staff to solve and troubleshoot problems involving daily workstation use
Must be willing to participate in a 24 hour on call rotation
Qualification
Required
Entry level technical knowledge and problem solving abilities
Microsoft Certification or equivalent experience required
Must possess a strong ability to learn, retain and troubleshoot a variety of operating systems hardware configurations
Strong organizational skills required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels within the company
Ability to travel between multiple locations
Ability to climb stairs
Some repetitive movements such as bending, pushing, pulling, twisting and stooping
Fine hand manipulation and repetitive use of hands, including typing and writing
Extensive work on computers and POS systems
Effectively organize, analyze detailed information
Ability to work the hours necessary to complete the job
Maintain a positive attitude while problem solving in sometime stressful situations under a deadline
Must be willing to participate in a 24 hour on call rotation
Must be able to work long hours at a computer workstation
Communicate clearly in a positive and professional manner
Safely practice heavy lifting with the help of another person if necessary
Preferred
A degree in computer science or a related field preferred
Experience with third party providers including accounting, payroll, HR and point of sale preferred
