Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of Sectra’s Azure-hosted SaaS environments
Perform system administration across Windows (and some Linux) servers
Assist with system monitoring, alerting, and basic troubleshooting
Execute OS and application updates following established processes
Support backup, restore, and resiliency activities
Assist with identity and access management tasks
Participate in incident resolution and escalation as part of a team
Contribute to automation and scripting efforts (PowerShell preferred)
Work closely with senior engineers, security, and project teams
Other duties as assigned
Travel as required (up to 25%)
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in IT, systems administration, cloud operations, or technical support
Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based environments
Exposure to Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, monitoring, or similar)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancing)
Interest in cloud operations, security, and infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or support organization
Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments
