This position entails collaboration with Sales, Dispatch, Estimating, and Production Teams to ensure Designs are successful and properly delivered

Manage Workflow and Communication within the Department, monitor performance and oversee daily work

Miket Software Experience is Mandatory
Truss Design Experience is Mandatory
Management of other Design Team Members is Mandatory
Good communication skills to effectively keep projects progressing on time with remote Designers
