New Grad, Entry LevelSarens is seeking a Project Support Assistant to provide accurate and timely administrative support to their department. The role involves managing documents, maintaining the ERP database, preparing invoices, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Follows-up all input delivered by relevant stakeholders and takes the necessary actions
Keeps the ERP database up to date
Collects, reads, shares, follows-up and files all relevant documents
Creates and follow up a weekly and/or monthly planning
Prepares invoices and PO's as per company procedures
Has regular contact with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Create reports based on ERP data or another data regularly or upon requested by the manager or supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders; strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly and proactively communicate with team members and leadership
Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting including spreadsheets and charts
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
