Responsibilities
Provide high level customer service and promptly respond to and resolve issues raised by park visitors and customers
Initiate direct contact with clients and customers to ensure positive experiences and troubleshoot and address challenges in a pro-active, service-oriented manner
Operate and provide an onsite presence for weddings, family gatherings, meetings and other rentals at the Dakota Lodge, Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center, and other park rental facilities
Lead facility tours and manage facility equipment inventory
Carry, move, organize, and/or set-up County facility equipment, such as: banquet tables, chairs, picnic tables, or similar equipment
Use computerized software and Microsoft Office applications
Perform other duties as apparent or assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience coordinating and/or staffing events, or event set up and take down
Experience setting up and working with audio/visual equipment
Customer Service experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make rapid decisions
Great communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback
