Responsibilities
Lead customer strategy and business performance for key natural retailers and eCommerce platforms
Drive revenue, distribution, and brand visibility across natural and digital channels
Develop and execute channel‑specific customer plans grounded in insights and market trends
Manage trade budgets, promotional strategy, and customer‑specific P&L components
Build strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and digital commerce partners
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align forecasts, supply, innovation, and marketing support
Monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, and adjust plans to deliver growth commitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5–8+ years of progressive CPG sales experience
Direct experience managing natural channel or eCommerce customers
Strong understanding of distributor networks, retail dynamics, and digital commerce fundamentals
Proven ability to drive customer growth and manage trade budgets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to influence cross‑functional partners as a senior individual contributor
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with Whole Foods, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Amazon, or Thrive Market
Strong financial acumen and comfort with forecasting or P&L components
Proficiency with syndicated data, retailer portals, and eCommerce analytics tools
Familiarity with emerging consumer trends within natural and better‑for‑you categories
