Responsibilities

Lead the annual headcount planning for ELS which includes creating detailed headcount projections based on business needs and strategic objectives and present the headcount plans to executive management for approval
Manage the quarterly headcount refresh process by running the headcount model and producing supporting analyses to ensure sublinear growth
Refine and maintain the headcount model to reflect changes in business conditions and organizational structure
Manage the headcount administration including accuracy of headcount attributes in the tool, governance of headcount allocation and troubleshooting issues related to the headcount tool
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline headcount management processes

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with project management, program management, or business process management

Preferred

5 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs to support on-boarding and continuous learning
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with data analysis
Experience in leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, investigative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
