Responsibilities
Leverage big data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations
Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial strategies
Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives
Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and big data technologies
Strong background in using advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Scala
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy services industry
Familiarity with cloud technologies and machine learning frameworks
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
