Responsibilities
Review operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas of impact
Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to support cross-functional teams
Contribute to cost/benefit analysis and process evaluation efforts through data gathering and reporting
Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues when appropriate based on business impact
Track and document initiative execution and outcomes
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support timely decision-making across teams
Support the implementation of process changes by validating execution and tracking performance shifts
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Understanding of call center operations
Ability to identify and escalate operational concerns appropriately
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field such as Analytics, Operations, Finance, or Process Improvement
