Responsibilities

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with employees
Technical expertise and the ability to engage diverse interests and obtain input and support for decisions
Providing project leadership to gain project buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of ITB (Invitation to Bid) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes
Generating and analyzing purchasing reports; assisting with the review and reconciliation of stores inventory; organizing materials; supporting stores operations and customer service activities; and assisting with the documentation of Purchase Requisitions
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, maintaining well-organized records, and providing general administrative support to the purchasing team as needed

Required

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade and current enrollment or a recent graduate of an accredited college, university, or educational institution with major coursework in business, supply chain management, and/or related fields
Solutions-focused and a creative problem-solver
A motivated self-starter with effective interpersonal and technical skills

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective verbal and written communication
Full-time or part-time availability during Spring 2026 and/or full-time during Summer 2026
