Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities

Provide support for recruiting and onboarding new employees, including coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience
Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Assist with sales enablement activities, including preparing materials and coordinating training
Help identify knowledge gaps relating to our tech stack
Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes and invoice tracking & collections
Support accounting activities and financial reporting preparation
Assist the Ops team with daily administrative tasks and operational needs
Provide light IT and technical support for office equipment and employee technology needs
Support office supply management and vendor coordination as needed
Help coordinate internal communications and company announcements
Provide support for reception duties and shipping/delivery management
Participate in special projects that span multiple departments
Document and improve operational processes and workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
