Responsibilities
Attend monthly meetings with the Senior Priest to gather programme information
Produce and distribute a monthly Religious Education calendar
Prepare facility reservation requests and event documentation
Create flyers and publicity materials for services and events
Track and report weekly attendance for Religious Education programmes
Organise curriculum materials, supplies and classroom set-up
Reset learning spaces after sessions
Monitor and report used materials and supplies
Collect and prepare sacramental documentation and maintain accurate AMS records
Qualification
Required
Is organised, dependable and able to work independently
Communicates clearly in writing and in person
Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Is comfortable working in a military and multi-faith environment
Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times
Can obtain Catechist certification within 90 days
Has experience in religious or community programme support (military experience welcomed but not essential)
