Responsibilities
Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
Review contracts, scopes, drawings, and schedules at turnover
Oversee document control (submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, closeout)
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Support field operations, manpower planning, and safety initiatives
Lead change order pricing and approvals
Partner with accounting on billings, forecasting, and collections
Maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues when needed
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of project management experience in low voltage construction
Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and PM software
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
