The role involves coordinating operational and administrative tasks including purchase order processing, vendor onboarding, and data entry.

Responsibilities
Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Coordinate and manage vendor onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and timely approvals
Monitor and maintain office supplies and facilities; coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed
Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain organized operational records and files
Assist with ordering, tracking, and coordinating delivery of materials and equipment for ongoing projects
Provide general clerical and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
Collaborate with internal departments to support effective communication and smooth operational workflows
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems, tools, and processes related to hyperscale operations
Qualification
Required
Experience with Accounts Payable in the Construction industry
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with data entry, document management, and general administrative processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred
Experience in a hyperscale, construction, or technology-driven environment
Familiarity with vendor onboarding systems or compliance requirements
Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes
