Responsibilities

Engages stakeholders and technology users in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC)
Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc
Experience in conducting testing including design and execution of test cases
Performs work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading ERP applications and processes. Responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of systems, methodologies, standards and processes that result in the ability to create and manage the ERP solution
Under general supervision prepares requirements, specifications, and business process maps
Works with programming resources (in house and third party) to ensure development work is completed to specifications
Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings concerning specific projects or other activities
Participates in design reviews for implementation projects
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
3 years as an IT professional with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines
Specific and in-depth expertise in one or more complex enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, PLM)
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC)
Experience in conducting testing including design and execution of test cases
Must understand material planning including DDMRP
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
