IT Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

Deliver remote IT support to end users, leveraging 2+ years of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and system access issues across multiple communication channels (phone, email, and ticketing systems)
Administer and maintain Active Directory user accounts, including creating new accounts, performing password resets, managing security and distribution groups, and assisting with basic Group Policy–related tasks
Manage and resolve incoming support tickets, ensuring issues are triaged effectively, documented thoroughly, and resolved in accordance with service-level expectations
Provide clear, customer‑focused communication to guide users through technical issues and ensure a positive support experience
Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level support teams as needed while maintaining ownership and follow‑up with end users

Qualification

Required

2+ years of helpdesk or technical support experience
Working knowledge of Active Directory user and group management
Experience troubleshooting common IT issues through a ticketing system
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a remote support environment
