Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded software throughout the full lifecycle
Translate customer requirements into software architectures, algorithms, and product designs
Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure software product reliability and efficiency
Establish and improve software processes and tools to align with organizational goals
Oversee software research projects and manage supplier performance and compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience in real-time embedded software development and systems integration
Proficiency in developing software architectures and documenting technical interfaces
Ability to lead technical teams through complex troubleshooting and feedback analysis
Understanding of current and emerging software technologies and industry benchmarks
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for this role
