Responsibilities
Build and enhance manufacturing test systems, including test plans, automated scripts, and validation methods for hardware such as CPUs, memory, storage devices (SSD/HDD/NVMe), and PCIe peripherals (NICs, GPUs, RAID, and mezz cards)
Develop, validate, and maintain automated test software used in high-volume production environments
Support and sustain test solutions at both system (L10) and rack (L11) levels, including configuration updates and infrastructure improvements
Maintain detailed documentation for test procedures, tools, and system configurations
Collaborate closely with hardware, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure consistent testing standards and alignment with product requirements
Stay current with emerging test technologies and contribute to the evolution of test architectures and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields
5–8 years of experience in manufacturing test development/sustaining for enterprise server, networking, or storage products (or 10+ years with partial college coursework)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
Proficiency in Python, Java, and Bash; C/C++ experience is a plus
Strong Linux development background (Ubuntu/CentOS)
Experience with hardware control interfaces and stress‑test tools: IPMI, Redfish, mprime, FIO, Linpack, ptugen, memtester
Skilled in VMware-based virtual machine setup, DHCP/PXE configuration, and services like Nginx
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals across L1–L3, including BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP; exposure to automation platforms is a plus
Hands-on experience with Git and software engineering best practices across the SDLC

Ability to travel up to 10% internationally
