Responsibilities
Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for new features and product updates
Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts to support our testing efforts
Report defects, track bugs, and provide clear, actionable suggestions for product enhancements
Work closely with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to perform risk assessments and impact analysis for software applications
Communicate clearly and effectively, working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
Collaborate with our Customer Support team to triage complex application issues
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a QA role, with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing
Proven experience in writing test cases, building test plans, and executing tests for releases
Proven experience with Playwright; candidates must demonstrate the ability to author robust scripts from scratch and perform technical code reviews
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic Agile/Scrum environment
A clear understanding of what it means to own 'code quality' for a development team
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, priority, and impact in a clear and concise way
The ability to interact and coordinate test activities among multiple teams
Preferred
4+ years of experience with Playwright and Cypress
Familiarity with or experience working on the Salesforce platform
Proficiency with Salesforce debugging logs, bug tracking, and test management toolsets
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or Gemini) to accelerate test case generation, debug complex logic, and write automation scripts
Experience with SQL queries and creating test data sets
