Service performing and non performing mortgage and real estate loans
Manage payment posting, payoff quotes, escrow analysis, and adjustments
Monitor delinquency reports and execute collection strategies
Conduct borrower outreach, payment arrangements, and hardship evaluations
Handle default timelines, demand letters, and foreclosure referrals when needed
Maintain accurate servicing notes and audit ready documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in loan servicing and collections
Mortgage and real estate loan background
Proven success resolving delinquent loans
Knowledge of loss mitigation and default processes
High attention to detail and borrower communication skills
Experience with Nortridge Loan System (NLS) or similar
