Responsibilities
Conduct market, technology, and competitor research to identify innovation opportunities and inform product strategy
Explore new fintech solutions, digital tools, and industry shifts that could influence future banking capabilities
Help synthesize research findings into insights and recommendations for product and innovation roadmaps
Support customer journey mapping and evaluation of existing experiences, making recommendations to enhance customer outcomes
Research emerging trends and best practices in digital experiences to inspire future journey improvements
Assist with documentation and writing of business requirements, including building epics and user stories in Jira
Support agile product processes across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution
Contribute to quality assurance by helping test new functionalities developed by product teams
Support ongoing stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Subject Matter Experts
Analyze user and application data to identify friction points and recommend strategies to improve conversion and engagement
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student/ graduate student with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027
Area of Study: Technology, IT, Digital or related field
Cumulative GPA is 3.3 or above
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage
Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required
Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail
Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently on special projects
Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment
Preferred
Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business
Experience in Microsoft Office products
Experience in Jira
