Responsibilities
Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile scrum methodology
Requirements analysis own and run sessions to elicit business requirements, translate business needs into clear, relevant system requirements
Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide the Engineering Leaders and Engineering teams
Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of digital asset lifecycle, including issuance, settlement, custody, and servicing
Ability to translate technical requirements and operational processes into intuitive, actionable product requirements
Demonstrated experience informing product strategy and delivery, including opportunity identification, solution design, and working with technology teams for delivery
Proficient with tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, Miro, or other analytics and product planning tools
Proficient with agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional product teams, engineering teams and business stakeholders
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management and storytelling skills; effectively conveys in technology terms verbal and written with usage of data and visualizations
Problem-solver that can identify issues, explore solutions and identify next course of action
Ability to have hard conversations with business stakeholders thru strong presentation skills of the data and analysis that helps influence the outcome of their decisions

10+ years of Systems Analysis experience

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a digital or operational transformation environment focused on customer or associate facing solutions
Strong understanding of operations workflows and processes, preferably in financial services or other regulated industry
Ability to translate technical requirements and operational processes into intuitive, actionable product requirements
Demonstrated experience informing product strategy and delivery, including opportunity identification, solution design, and working with technology teams for delivery
Proficient with tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, Miro, or other analytics and product planning tools
