Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative and operational support for Boomer Consulting’s digital product initiatives, including Boomer Knowledge Network (BKN), Software Clarity, and AccountantBase
Manage meeting scheduling, calendars, and logistics related to digital product initiatives
Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items to support consistent execution
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and external contributors
Assist with documentation, research, testing, and rollout support for new tools and platforms
Maintain organized records, shared files, and documentation for all digital product initiatives
Provide day-to-day administrative, scheduling, and coordination support to the Chief Growth Officer
Manage the CGO’s calendar and inbox, including prioritizing requests, scheduling meetings, and drafting correspondence as appropriate
Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, partners, and prospects
Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and track action items and follow-up tasks
Support weekly planning and strategy meetings by organizing materials and ensuring follow-through on priorities and commitments
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust plans to protect time for high-impact work
Schedule and coordinate strategic partnership meetings, Sphere of Influence (SOI) calls, and growth-related meetings
Research and track potential speaking engagements, podcast opportunities, and industry appearances
Coordinate outreach logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Growth Officer, including flights, lodging, and transportation
Assist with expense tracking and timely submission of expense reports
Support the execution of social media and marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team
Schedule and post CGO-related LinkedIn content and updates
Coordinate content assets, timing, and approvals
Track basic engagement metrics and provide summary reporting as needed
Assist with the execution of small-scale growth campaigns and promotional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, office administration or related field or associate degrees with relevant experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting an executive or senior leader. Experience working with professional service organizations or public accounting a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Work and PowerPoint is required
Proficiency in Google Suite required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting digital products, marketing workflows or social media preferred
Proficiency in Asana preferred; experience with other project management systems considered
