Responsibilities

Develop strategies to advance primary business goals and key initiatives for Research, Core, and Education
Serve as a trusted advisor Business Development (BD) leadership, communicating, structuring, and problem solving ambiguous business issues and supporting organization priorities
Collaborate with various cross-functional partners including product, marketing, finance, legal, and business development to influence product and GTM strategies
Run and improve ERC organization operations by setting targets, automating workflows, streamlining procedures, monitoring business metrics, and optimizing the use of resources

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role

Preferred

MBA or graduate degree
10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory
Track record of leading projects and delivering end-to-end outcomes
Ability to proactively identify and assess opportunities, with a strong understanding of their potential impact on business growth
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex issues
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among various stakeholders
