Senior Compensation Analyst - Human Resources-Miamisburg-Full-time/Days

Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. This position works as part of the Human Resources Compensation Team to research, design, implement, communicate and maintain a wide variety of compensation programs, including position design, market analysis, and program administration.

Position design, market analysis, and program administration
Mix of program maintenance tasks, project management, education and problem solution assignments
Support a strong team approach – serving as a collaborative resource to both the HR team and leadership

Required

Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field required
Five Years Of Increasingly Responsible Analyst-type Experience Required
Project Management skills required
MS Office Skills Required, Including Excel, Access, And Word
Must be detail-oriented and accurate
Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis and resolution skills
Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize

Preferred

PHR certification preferred
CCP certification preferred
Knowledge of statistics and survey techniques preferred
Experience with ERP transition preferred
