Responsibilities
Design and develop swimwear collections aligned to licensed brand identities, target customers, and seasonal direction
Own swimwear design execution from initial concept through final production handoff
Create detailed sketches, Illustrator flats, and production-ready artwork
Build comprehensive tech packs including measurements, materials, construction details, and licensing requirements
Ensure all designs meet brand compliance, licensing standards, and approval processes
Partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to ensure designs are executable at scale
Interpret market trends and customer insights while remaining true to licensed brand aesthetics
Manage multiple collections and timelines simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy
Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to drive timely approvals and smooth execution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Swimwear Designer with a portfolio demonstrating licensed brand work
Strong understanding of swimwear construction, fabrics, and production processes
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and technical sketching
Demonstrated experience building detailed, accurate tech packs for swimwear
Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and technical precision
Comfortable working independently while managing multiple deadlines
Confident collaborator able to work across design, production, and licensing stakeholders
Trend-aware, commercially minded, and customer-focused
