Responsibilities
Own full-stack features from problem definition through production and adoption
Build customer-facing product surfaces that blend UI, backend logic, data, and AI workflows
Work directly with customers to understand how they think and how decisions get made
Ship high-quality code across React, TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
Help shape engineering standards as one of the first engineers in a new AI pod
Qualification
Required
Strong experience shipping real products as a full-stack engineer
Strong product instincts and comfort owning ambiguous problems end to end
Experience building production systems across frontend and backend
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and executives
Bias toward speed and quality in equal measure
