Responsibilities
Gather user needs through interviews and workshops
Assist in documenting clear business and functional requirements
Enhance web application related to forecasting
Assist with user acceptance testing planning and execution
Update and manage knowledge base content
Prepare clear summaries, findings, and status updates
Track actions and follow tasks through completion
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Preferred
HTML/CSS
Jakarta EE /Server-side development
