Responsibilities
Lead visual design across digital products, marketing sites, and brand experiences
Develop and evolve visual systems, design languages, and UI patterns
Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives
Partner with UX, product, and engineering teams to ensure design quality through build
Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
Maintain high craft standards while balancing timelines and feedback
Mentor and provide guidance to mid-level designers as needed
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of visual design experience, ideally within a design or digital agency
A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first work (web, product, brand systems)
Expert-level skills in Figma (and Adobe Creative Suite as needed)
Strong typography, layout, color, and composition instincts
Experience designing responsive and scalable design systems
Comfort working across multiple projects and clients
Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
Preferred
Experience working with product teams and design systems
Motion, interaction, or prototyping experience
Familiarity with accessibility best practices
Experience collaborating with engineers during implementation
