Responsibilities
Perform hands-on design and ETL development in a Data Warehouse environment
Work on multiple concurrent projects, owning solution design, development, and delivery
Collaborate with onshore, offshore, L2 support, QA, and upstream/downstream teams
Partner with Business Analysts to understand requirements and create high-level and detailed technical designs
Work with Information Architecture teams to propose technical solutions to business problems
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time production issues
Identify technology gaps, performance issues, and improvement opportunities
Ensure quality, SDLC adherence, governance, and best practices across deliverables
Take accountability for offshore technical delivery and execution
Qualification
Required
Senior Hadoop + Informatica + Teradata Data Warehouse Tech Lead
Strong Oracle/PLSQL experience
ETL performance tuning experience
Financial-domain experience
Hands-on design and ETL development in a Data Warehouse environment
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
Ownership of solution design, development, and delivery
Collaboration with onshore, offshore, L2 support, QA, and upstream/downstream teams
Partnership with Business Analysts to understand requirements and create high-level and detailed technical designs
Collaboration with Information Architecture teams to propose technical solutions to business problems
