Responsibilities
Supports cross-functional integration and contributes to strategic service initiatives through analytical thinking and problem-solving
Owns serviceability deliverables for a service feature: define service strategy, create/validate service procedures, block diagrams, install & maintenance plans, and FRU replacement concepts; enable field readiness including diagnostics, tools/fixtures, training, and service parts provisioning
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
Technical familiarity with MR systems
Familiar working in Agile environment
