Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT operations across corporate and multi‑location retail environments, ensuring system stability and minimal downtime
Lead Tier‑1 help desk workflows and serve as the primary Level‑2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, DNS/DHCP, and ISP failover
Administer Windows servers, workstations, Active Directory, Group Policy, patching, and endpoint security tools
Support POS systems and store technology, coordinating with vendors/MSPs and documenting standards, diagrams, and procedures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network engineering
Strong technical proficiency with Windows environments, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and firewall technologies
Proven ability to troubleshoot high‑pressure incidents and act as the final escalation point in distributed environments
Experience supporting retail or multi‑site operations, including POS systems, RMM tools, and monitoring platforms
Familiarity with cloud services (M365), endpoint security solutions, vendor management, and basic PowerShell scripting
