Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing retail projects, including product launches, technology and systems, marketing and visual merchandising updates, and store openings
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to track project progress and performance
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Prepare presentations, documentation, and communication materials for project updates
Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for retail strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Self-starter with passion for retail and customer experience
