Responsibilities
Provide technical and consultative support to sales teams throughout the sales cycle and post‑installation phases
Develop application‑specific machining solutions in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, OEMs, and tooling/workholding partners
Create and deliver machine demonstrations, sample parts, and technical sales materials
Lead advanced machining training for customers and internal application engineers
Support service teams and customers by troubleshooting complex application issues
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical forums
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and future growth
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Machining, Toolmaking, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of advanced CNC programming and machining experience, including 5-axis machining
Strong CAD/CAM proficiency; advanced knowledge of GD&T, inspection tools, and machining processes
Advanced experience with Fanuc controls
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
