Responsibilities
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTL (Time and Labor), with a strong focus on Time & Labor functionality
Oracle Cloud Time and Labor / Time & Absence certification required
Experience delivering at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementations (design → build → test → deploy → post-go-live support)
Strong understanding of Time & Labor configuration, rules, fast formulas, schedules, and integrations
Cross-functional exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits)
Ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and UAT for HCM implementations
Qualification
Required
