Responsibilities
Lead BA for commercial insurance data products (requirements → delivery)
Document current/future state with process maps; identify bottlenecks & optimizations
Define/validate data flows & lineage from source → EDW → downstream consumers
Partner with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Technology to align outcomes
Coordinate multi‑vendor deliveries across lines and territories
Communicate clearly to technical & non‑technical stakeholders; facilitate workshops & UAT
Qualification
Required
15+ years BA/BSA experience
Commercial Insurance expertise (Underwriting required; actuarial partnership)
EDW/Data Platform experience and downstream app integration
Strong BA artifacts (BRD/FRD, stories, AC, process maps – Visio/Lucid/BPMN)
Successful complex implementations across functions/regions
100% onsite in NYC or Jersey City (no C2C)
Preferred
Prior consultancy experience
Combined commercial insurance products
