Network Technician (Driving and On-call Support)
Cynet Systems is seeking a Network Technician to provide on-call support and drive troubleshooting efforts in enterprise network environments. The role involves responding to help desk tickets, assisting with network rollouts, and providing Microsoft administrative support.

Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to wired and wireless network issues
Perform network account onboarding and offboarding using custom scripts
Support infrastructure-related incidents and participate in on-call rotations for critical sites
Assist with network rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvement projects
Maintain documentation and inventory of network assets
Provide Microsoft administrative support, including Entra ID management, group policy, user provisioning, and Microsoft 365 administration
Assist with Windows Server maintenance, monitoring, performance tuning, and patch management
Participate in planning and execution of infrastructure enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID
5+ years of experience with Microsoft administration
5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments
10+ years of networking troubleshooting experience (wired and wireless)
5+ years of customer service experience
Extensive hands-on experience supporting enterprise network environments
Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 on-call support for network outages and escalations
Experience assisting with infrastructure rollouts, upgrades, and cleanup efforts
Strong troubleshooting skills in networking environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong customer service mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with wiring closets
Experience with Ruckus switches
Experience with Deskpro ticketing system
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
