Responsibilities
Develop partnerships across Operations and use data to influence leadership decision-making
Drive financing modeling and analysis for new initiatives - Lead long- and short-term financial planning, including financial reviews with senior business partners (including Director and above)
Manage competing priorities to complete both ad-hoc and strategic projects
Seek opportunities to resolve defects and reduce cost
Improve, scale, and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations
Communicate financial insights (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Adapt communication based on intended audience to clearly articulate complex financial considerations
Promote a positive and collaborative culture
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Preferred
MBA, or CPA
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
