Digital Product Catalog Coordinator
The Intersect Group is an innovative and growing team seeking a Digital Product Catalog Coordinator to manage and maintain product catalog details for their Digital sales channel. The role involves overseeing product content, coordinating with various partners, and ensuring the accuracy of product information across multiple systems.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain a large online product catalog of 35K+ SKUs
Oversee the product content presented on our website, app, and marketplace for web and store front
Coordinate individual and bulk listings via excel templates and within a product information management (PIM) tool
Coordinate creation and maintenance of product title, descriptions, images, and attributes across a diverse assortment of products
Follow and manage product launch expectations and clearly communicate with teammates and coordinating departments any status updates. You will be the company advocate and resource for any digital and product content needs
Organize products into categories and collections. Create relationships between products that aid in discovery of products across digital platforms
Coordinate assignments and content collection with a team of attribution specialists, vendor outreach, photo editors, photographers, AI tool coordinator, copywriter, and QA specialist who work on the digital catalog
Create workflows in the PIM that track the flow of products in preparation for launch
Develop strong working relationships with the merchandising team to understand new products launching and due dates, discontinued products, and key product launches
Develop strong working relationships with our vendor partners ensuring they are set up to enhance the digital products within our vendor portal and are hitting due dates for new product set up
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in digital product information management to display and sell products on digital platforms
A self-starter who is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail and follow-through, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel, with a deep understanding of pivot tables, v-lookups, formula creation, and formatting
Excellent time/project management skills
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with reporting on deliverables
Ability to continuously be solutions based, always thinking ahead and anticipating issues or managing them if/when they arise
Ability to work well with a team, including collaboration in a predominately virtual setting
2-4 years of experience working on digital platforms
2-4 years of experience in digital product information or merchandising coordinating and overseeing item setup for digital platforms
Preferred
Experience with a PIM tool (ex: Salsify, inRiver, Syndigo, etc.) is preferred
Experience with Adobe AEM a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
