Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering activities including requirements development, decomposition, traceability, and change management

Conduct system analysis, trade studies, and functional/performance testing

Lead internal and customer design reviews and provide expert technical recommendations

Support R&D, new technology development, and product improvements

Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and required documentation

Act as a technical consultant and mentor to engineering teams

Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards

Apply MBSE principles using tools such as Cameo

Qualification

Required

BS in Engineering or related field

7+ years of systems engineering experience in aerospace

Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations, systems engineering principles, and quality standards

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with engineering design, data analysis, and MBSE tools

Preferred

MS preferred; PE a plus

Thermal systems experience strongly preferred
