Responsibilities
Leverage semantic vibe coding efficiencies to uncover patterns and thematic insights from structured and unstructured data, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives through data storytelling and visualization
Design, implement, and maintain AI techniques (e.g., product similarity) and predictive models (supervised and unsupervised) for anomaly detection, classification, regression, and pattern recognition, and perform rigorous evaluation using precision, recall, F1-score, AUC, and other metrics to ensure reliability and fairness
Apply an innovative mindset by exploring emerging technologies, creative solutions, and novel methodologies, leveraging modern tools and frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated pipelines, CI/CD) to streamline development, deployment, and optimize workflows for scalable cloud environments (Azure)
Qualification
Required
3+ years designing, developing, and deploying statistical and AI/ML models—including regression, classification, NLP, and other predictive analytics approaches—using leading-edge tools and best practices
Hands-on Python experience (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) with 3+ years in cloud environments (Azure; certifications a plus) and 2+ years using SQL for data querying and manipulation
Proficient with dashboard/visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent) and integrating semantic coding techniques into ML workflows
Strong oral and written communication for data storytelling, with experience in Git-based version control and collaborative development
Effective Agile team contributor, supporting iterative development, shared problem-solving, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality solutions
Current Public Trust Desired
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position
Preferred
Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
